Nicolas Paciello’s Log Mold combines stunning design and technical quality.

You can one eight-serving Yule log or two four-serving ones with this smart Flexipan® mold, thanks to its removable divider. You can either whip up a single dessert or two different ones, to keep all your guests happy.

It has a unique and elegant cylindrical shape; it’s made of silicone, which means you can reuse it over and over again—your food will unmold perfectly every time!

The mold offers a format allowing generous portions. Its depth of 5.5 cm offers a capacity of 78 cl, designed to make the most beautiful logs: 3 chocolate log, raspberry Bavarian cream, chestnut cream, white chocolate pistachios... and many other recipes with the perfect shape. Its resistance to cold and heat ranging from -40 ° C to 240 ° C allows you to use it with complete peace of mind in the oven, refrigerator and freezer without risk of damaging it. The Flexipan® Log Mold would not be so perfect if it were not also easy to clean. Simply wash it by hand in fresh water with a little dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. As you will have understood, we avoid the dishwasher.

Tips and tricks for using the Flexipan® Nicolas Paciello Log Mold

All of our tips and tricks are available as videos.

  • Wash before first use.
  • Wash using a soft sponge and hot, soapy water. Shake to remove water and air dry.
  • Place the mold on a perforated baking tray before filling.
  • Temperature range:-40°F to + 464°F.
  • Do not grease the mold.
  • Do not bend the mold. Store the mold flat.
  • Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes, or cutters on the mold.
  • Do not place in direct contact with a heat source (grill, burner, flame, oven heating element, barbecue).
  • Do not use a cut or torn mold.
