Description of the Silpat Rosace Mold

The Silpat® Rosace mold will help you easily make dozens of delicious recipes and preparations: Bundt-style Cakes, Brioches, Pound Cakes, Sponge Cakes, and many others. Its design is a tribute to the European cathedrals stainless glass masterpieces, as well as the graphic & timeless design of a rose flower, allowing for beautiful and flavorful dessert results.

Silpat®molds can be used in any oven, refrigerator, and freezer: they can go directly from the freezer to the oven without the risk of damage. Before filling your mold for oven use, always place it on a baking tray.

Cleaning: it's possible to be cleaned in the dishwasher, but preferably with a sponge and soapy water to extend the life of your mat.

Storage: flat and preferably in its original case. Do not use sharp objects on the mat, and do not place it in direct contact with a heat source (flame, grill, barbecue...).

Silpat Rosace Mold features

Tips and tricks for using the Silpat Rosace Mold

All of our tips and tricks are available as videos.

  • Wash before first use.
  • Wash using a soft sponge and hot, soapy water. Shake to remove water and air dry.
  • Place the mold on a perforated baking tray before filling.
  • Temperature range:-40°F to + 464°F.
  • Do not grease the mold.
  • Do not bend the mold. Store the mold flat.
  • Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes, or cutters on the mold.
  • Do not place in direct contact with a heat source (grill, burner, flame, oven heating element, barbecue).
  • Do not use a cut or torn mold.
