Tips and tricks for using the Silpat Perfect Scones Mold
Wash using a soft sponge and hot, soapy water. Shake to remove water and air dry.
Place the mold on a perforated baking tray before filling.
Temperature range:-40°F to + 464°F.

Do not bend the mold. Store the mold flat.
Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes, or cutters on the mold.
