The Silpat® Cook N' Cool Perforated Tray is a must-have addition to your kitchen collection—especially if you own a Maison Demarle mat by Silpat® or a Flexipan® mold.

All of our mats and molds are designed to perform at their best when placed on a sturdy baking tray, and this one is our top recommendation. Crafted from perforated aluminum with a non-stick PTFE coating, it promotes optimal air circulation for even baking and perfectly crisp results.

On one side, bake everything from pizzas and cookies to tarts and quiches; flip it over to cool pastries, breads, or confections with ease. Durable, warp-resistant, and oven-to-freezer safe, it’s the tray that brings out the very best in your Silpat® and Flexipan® creations.

Tips and tricks for using the Cook N' Cool Perfect Baking Tray

  • Wash before first use.
  • Wash using a soft sponge and hot, soapy water. Shake to remove water and air dry.
  • Place the mold on a perforated baking tray before filling.
  • Temperature range:-40°F to + 464°F.
  • Do not grease the mold.
  • Do not bend the mold. Store the mold flat.
  • Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes, or cutters on the mold.
  • Do not place in direct contact with a heat source (grill, burner, flame, oven heating element, barbecue).
  • Do not use a cut or torn mold.
